Thrash metal days revisited

If it's one style of music that has really stuck with me, it's thrash metal. I probably discovered thrash metal when I was about 14 years old. Reaching 16 or 17 I felt that metal was not for me anymore and started to lean more towards classicly rock oriented music. Then along came folk rock and that's were I've been at for the past 4 years or so. Until today, when I reconciled with the genre and was surprised by how good it made me feel. Happy and warm... like coming home... :)
